Geneverything
Acceptable Use Policy
DRAFT. Incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service §4.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Geneverything and to all Inputs (prompts, uploads, reference material) and Outputs (generated images, video, audio, songs, text). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in the Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is a breach of the Terms and can result in immediate suspension or termination and, where required, referral to law enforcement.
Guiding principle: Do not use Geneverything to harm people, to deceive people, or to break the law. Because Geneverything can produce photorealistic images, video, and cloned voices, the potential to harm real, identifiable people is high. You are responsible for everything you generate.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use Geneverything to create, upload, generate, store, or distribute any of the following. Categories marked [ZERO TOLERANCE] result in immediate termination and, where legally required, reporting to authorities — no warning.
1.1 Illegal and child-safety content
- [ZERO TOLERANCE] Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexualized depiction of a minor, including AI-generated, synthetic, cartoon, or "aged-down" material. Reported to Cybertip.ca under the Mandatory Reporting Act (S.C. 2011, c. 4).
- [ZERO TOLERANCE] Grooming, sexualization, or endangerment of minors in any form.
- Content that is otherwise illegal under the laws that apply to you or to Geneverything, or that facilitates a serious crime.
1.2 Harmful content
- [ZERO TOLERANCE] Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any real, identifiable person — including "nudify"/undress tools, sexual deepfakes, and intimate images shared without consent.
- Content that incites, threatens, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or serious harm to people.
- Hateful content that demeans, harasses, or incites hatred or violence against people based on a protected characteristic.
- Harassment, bullying, or stalking of a specific person, including targeted degradation.
- CBRN and weapons — instructions, designs, or facilitation for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosive weapons, or conventional weapons intended to cause mass casualties.
- Self-harm — content that encourages or provides instructions for suicide, self-injury, or disordered eating.
- Extreme gore — gratuitous depiction of death, mutilation, or graphic violence with no legitimate purpose.
1.3 Deceptive content
- Deceptive deepfakes of real people — synthetic media depicting a real person without their consent, created or used to deceive, defraud, harass, extort, or damage reputation.
- Election interference — false or misleading synthetic media about candidates, parties, voting procedures, or election integrity; content designed to suppress or manipulate voting.
- Impersonation and fraud — passing off Outputs as authentic to deceive, including voice clones used for scams or social engineering; fake identity documents; and phishing material.
- Disinformation — coordinated false content intended to mislead the public on matters of health, safety, or civic integrity.
1.4 Intellectual-property-infringing content
- Content that infringes copyright — reproducing or closely imitating copyrighted characters, artworks, or works you do not have the right to use.
- Content that infringes trademarks — logos, brands, or trade dress used in a way likely to cause confusion or imply false endorsement.
- Content that violates a person's right of publicity or likeness without consent.
- Uploading reference material you do not have rights to — including copyrighted lyrics, songs, images, or voice recordings — to drive a generation.
1.5 Adult / sexual content
Geneverything is a PG-13 service. Explicit sexual content is not permitted, there is no adult mode, and there is no age-verified tier that unlocks one. That is the policy, not a temporary setting: we are not building a gated adult mode, and if that ever changed it would take a change to this document and to the Terms, with the notice period Section 13 of the Terms requires.
Within that, two lines are absolute and are not a matter of taste. Content must never sexualize a minor or anyone presented as one, and content must never depict a real, identifiable person in a sexual context without that person's consent. Both are grounds for immediate termination without warning, and the first is reported as Section 7 of the Terms describes.
2. Prohibited Uses
Even where content is permissible, these uses are prohibited.
2.1 Misuse of the models
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or defeat safety filters, rate limits, or content policies (e.g., "jailbreak" prompts, obfuscation, or prompt injection).
- Reverse engineering, scraping model weights, or using Outputs to train, fine-tune, or distill a competing AI model — this also breaches upstream licenses (e.g., FLUX.1 [dev]'s no-competitive-training restriction).
- Using the Service in a way that violates any model provider's terms (fal.ai, Replicate, or the individual model license).
2.2 Abuse of the platform
- Automated abuse — unauthorized bots, scripts, or scraping; circumventing rate limits; or creating accounts by automated means.
- Security abuse — probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without authorization; interfering with or overloading infrastructure; distributing malware.
- Credential and payment abuse — sharing accounts to evade limits, using stolen payment instruments, or abusing free-credit grants.
- Circumventing enforcement — creating new accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
2.3 Resale and redistribution
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw access to the models or the Service as your own inference API.
- You may use and distribute Outputs consistent with the Terms §3 and the applicable model license.
- You may not represent Geneverything Outputs as certified, human-made, or verified where doing so would deceive.
3. Enforcement
We enforce this AUP at our discretion and in proportion to the violation. We are not obligated to monitor, and our decision not to act in any instance does not waive our rights. Typical tiers: Warning (first-time, low-severity) → Temporary suspension (repeated or moderate) → Termination (severe or repeated) → [ZERO TOLERANCE] immediate termination + referral (CSAM, NCII, credible threats, fraud, or serious illegality), with evidence preservation and reporting to law enforcement and to Cybertip.ca for CSAM. Suspension or termination for an AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund of consumed credits.
4. Reporting Violations
- General abuse and Trust & Safety: the Report this link under a shared creation, or the Feedback form linked from our Support page
- Child-safety / CSAM concerns: the Report this link under the shared creation, choosing "It involves a minor". We report apparent CSAM to Cybertip.ca
- Copyright / DMCA: dmca@geneverything.com
- Non-consensual imagery of you: the Report this link under the shared creation, choosing "It shows me, and I did not consent". We prioritize removal requests from depicted individuals
- Privacy / data requests: privacy@geneverything.com
5. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP as the law, the models, and abuse patterns evolve. Material changes are communicated per Terms §13. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
